Photos do not represent what we experienced 1. Pool area was moldy including the moldy furniture cushions. WEEDS and black mold in paver cracks and in yard. LOOSE pavers (tripping hazard) on patio near French doors Unheated pool is an issue when you rent in FL in Feb. I realize it is mentioned in the property description but the owner should really reconsider this I would be embarrassed as a homeowner to rent out my property to anyone with the condition of the back of the house with the weeds and moldMINOR ISSUES but still affected our stay:No BBQ grill brushNo wine glassesshould be a patio table and chairs on patio to eat meals outside 2. Photo deceptive: Bedroom furnishings not the colorful beach blue ones in photos. My master bed one was a dull thin rust one - similar with other 2 BRsNo extra blankets in closet and temps fell to 29 degrees on Mon 2/23. Owner wrote back. Sorry no blankets , turn down the AC. (AC was OFF)3. Heat didn’t work (didn’t msg host because we saw temps were rising next day)4. Kitchen smoke detector lid is on top of refrigerator (?) Safety issuePOSITIVE AMENITIES: the kitchen was the highlight of the home.
