On the first floor, you are greeted by an open-plan living and dining area with direct access to the garden - ideal for relaxing hours in the fresh North Sea air. A utility room and a shower room round off the first floor.



A real wood staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a spacious XL shower. A little further up is the lovingly converted loft - a cozy retreat or additional sleeping space, depending on your needs.



The location is just as impressive as the house itself: The center of St. Peter-Ording village with its charming little stores and cafés is just a 10-minute walk away. For weekly shopping, you will find a variety of stores just 2 minutes away by car. And if you are looking for the sea, you can be at the North Sea in less than 20 minutes: an idyllic path leads you through streets and alleys to a small path that leads directly to the dyke and into the distance.
