"The interior of the property was disappointing. Beds were not made and the pillows were very poor. The kitchen was perfect, the living room average, and the toilets were very clean and tidy. The shower space is very small, so I wouldn’t recommend it, but I understand that is a limitation of the property. The staff welcomed us well, but at checkout I had a negative experience. "Initial meeting at reception was very jolly and helpful. Our room wasn't too far away, but getting a parking space nearby was nigh on impossible. Signage to say you're allowed to drop-off/pick-up would have been appreciated. There was two conferences going on when we arrived, about an hour before the official key collection time, so we had a look around at the facilities, which was what you'd expect with a spa/pool etc. My husband booked to play golf, but gave up after 9 holes as...
