"Upon arrival the front desk clerk who helped me was in my opinion rude. I can understand if the room isn’t ready at check-in but with giving minimal information such as I’ll see what’s going but coming back with nothing is unacceptable. Then taking care of the next person offering snacks at check in and basically giving me the cold shoulder while I wait. Everyone has a bad day but if I’m not giving you attitude for my wait I don’t accept attitude for your seemingly incompetence!"

"DUKE, Ahryana, and Ms. Glenda were amazing. This is by far one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The room and bathroom was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was so helpful and very very friendly. Omg and the breakfast, so delicious. I love the free parking. We booked two nights here and I didn’t want to leave! lol I wish I could live here."
