    This gorgeous two-building historic Soulard property is the perfect mix of elegance and comfort. The interior features rich hardwood floors and natural light reaches every corner of the home through numerous large windows.

    Upon entering you'll find lovely living areas conveniently connected and extend into fully equipped kitchens. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms are strategically placed throughout. Plus you'll love the beautiful fenced-in and grassy courtyard, an outdoor space to relax and enjoy each other's company!

    These are 3 separate units- 2 attached townhomes and a separate carriage house connected the the fenced courtyard.

    On the 2nd level hallway of each unit, you'll find a modern washer/dryer set, which comes complete with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.

    NIGHTLY PRICING
    Our goal is to provide each guest with a wonderful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.

    EXTRA GUEST FEE
    For groups of more than 11 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 12th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

    CLEANING
    Our cleaning team is trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated guidelines that ensure our guests their best stay.

    ✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
    ✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
    ✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
    ✔ No smoking inside the home
    ✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
    ✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
    ✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
    ✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
    ✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

    Getting Around:
    The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

    St. Louis has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!
