The space
Make your way up to the charming front door and into this stunning historic home via the smart keyless lock where you are greeted with bright, sun-filled rooms, soft comfortable furnishings, and space for the whole family to spread out and make yourself at home.

Relax in the sun-filled living area with a large sofa and two matching armchairs offering room for everyone to sit together and watch all your favorite TV shows and movies on the large wall-mounted Smart TV with access to streaming apps.

Step through into an open, gourmet kitchen with polished wood floors and cabinetry. Enjoy our modern appliances and a kitchen that comes fully equipped with everything you could need. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven, a built-in microwave, a coffee machine, an abundance of stylish dinnerware and cookware.

- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
