Welcome to our charming 2-BR home in the heart of St. Julian's! This cozy retreat offers a delightful home away from home for your vacation. With a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, this apartment provides all the comforts you need for a memorable stay. SOFA-BED also available with SMART TV and access to a balcony.

Situated in the vibrant neighbourhood of St. Julian's, you'll find yourself surrounded by a wide array of dining, entertainment, and shopping options.

Welcome to our spacious and beautifully appointed 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of St. Julian's! All areas of the apartment are equipped with air-conditioning and WiFi, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay.

Living Spaces| A spacious living area with sofas and TV, with access to a nicely done balcony with tables and chairs for the sole access of our guests.

Kitchen Space| Fully equipped with all the utensils and kitchen equipment our guests would require to fix a proper meal.

Bathrooms| 2 total: one is equipped with a large bathroom including a bath and the other as an ensuite which includes a shower.

Bedrooms| 2 beautiful bedrooms, both with a double bed.

Linens| At 360 Estates we love a good night sleep, due to this we only provide the best of linens to our guests, with also 2 sets of towels given per person.

Internet| Strong, fast and reliable

Accommodation attractively situated almost around the promenade to most of the amenities (stunning clubhouses, supermarket, 24hr grocers & Mini Markets retail, fitness facilities, top restaurants, coffee shops, taxi services and public bus transport), puts you close to attractions and interesting dining options.

Within a short distance, a 10-minute walk, popular points of interest include St George's Bay Beach, Balluta Bay Beach and Exiles Beach, Bay Street Shopping Complex, Portomaso Marina, and Casinos.

This apartment is 4 km from University of Malta and 6 km from Upper Barrakka Gardens, Valletta, the capital city of Malta.

The nearest airport is Malta International Airport, 9 km from the accommodation. Spinola bus stop is right outside with great connections around Malta.

St Julians is a popular tourist destination in Malta known for its vibrant nightlife, beautiful beaches, and cultural attractions. There are several ways to get around in St Julians, including:

Walking: St Julians is a small town, so walking is a great way to get around and explore its many attractions. Walking is also a great way to experience the local culture and interact with the friendly locals.

Public Transport: St Julians has a well-developed public transportation system, with regular buses running to different parts of the town and other nearby areas. The buses are affordable, and the schedules are available online and at bus stops.

Taxis: Taxis are readily available in St Julians, and they can be hailed on the street or booked through a mobile app. Taxis are a bit more expensive than buses, but they offer a convenient way to get around the town and its surroundings.

Bicycles: Renting a bicycle is a fun and eco-friendly way to get around St Julians. There are several rental shops in the town, and many hotels also offer bicycles for their guests.

Car Rentals: If you prefer to explore St Julians and its surroundings at your own pace, you can rent a car from one of the many car rental companies in the town. However, it's worth noting that parking can be a challenge in St Julians, especially during peak tourist season.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
