Hey travellers! Welcome to our super cozy 2-bedroom apartment, perfectly nestled in the heart of St. Julian’s. Just moments away from the town’s amazing spots—how exciting is that!

Step inside & enjoy a spacious living area with a smart TV, a warm dining space & a fully equipped kitchen,all designed to make you feel right at home!

Don’t miss out on your private balcony, the perfect little space to relax and soak in the beautiful vibes around you!

Wi-Fi and AC throughout your entire stay!

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Living Spaces| Access to private terrace and balcony accessible from the living and bedrooms. Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining area and a sofa looking at the TV (Connected to the internet).

The sofa is also converted into a sofa bed which can take up another extra guest. Kindly note that linens and towels will be provided accordingly.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils necessary to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boasts an oven and an electric hob. This apartment is perfect for both long and short term rentals.

Bedrooms| 2 bedrooms both featuring a double bed. One of the bedrooms also feature a back balcony and an en-suite with a shower, toilet and sink.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we will also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Bathrooms| 2 full large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. One of these bathrooms is an en-suite and connected with one of the bedrooms.

Laundry| Washing machine is private and available and free to use.

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
