"The hosts Clare and Kevin were fantastic. I stayed there for a week. They were friendly and helpful. I felt right at home immediately. The room was in tip-top condition, clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Cleaning was done every day. The breakfast, both continental and English, were fantastic in terms of taste, quality, and plentiful. The hot breakfast was especially great. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy that as well. "I've given this a five star review because although the rooms are fairly basic, the staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good, and the location is brilliant. You're a 5 minute walk from the beach and there's a bus route right outside the hotel that can take you direct to Penzance, Marazion and St Ives (and I'm sure elsewhere, but that's all we managed). It's also incredibly good value for money. So don't expect the Ritz but for what you pay this is a really great place to stay."
