"Excellent location and definitely get the parking pass for the vehicle. Everything was terrific except the bed. Not able to move without making my husband move or him me, felt like a waterbed! Plus big hole in the center of mattress was sucking us in and let’s just say not maybe one hour of sleep. Owner/property manager was great at communicating. "

"The apartment was beautiful! It was clean and neat! Big windows to allow for sunlight. We made our own breakfast as because they supplied dinnerware, cookware, coffee maker and blender. A washer and dryer was in the apartment along with hangers, laundry baskets and laundry detergent."

"Very comfortable and clean upstairs unit. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach access is directly across the street. You will need a car to get to the restaurants and activities. We just wanted a quiet, low key get away and that is exactly what we got. We would book again."

"Perfect for our family of five! Spacious apartment with two bedrooms connected by a short hallway and bathroom — worked great for us, but note one bedroom is accessed through the other. The kitchen and the rest of the home were incredibly well stocked, and the dining and living rooms were beautiful and comfortable.Unbeatable location in the historic district, just a few blocks from the Riverwalk. Street out front can be busy, but parking was easy with a spot behind plus plenty of street...

"We had such a fun time staying in the heart of Wilmington. The house was perfect for 3 girls- we each had our own bedroom. The living room was cozy for late night chatting! We walked to dinner and/or brunch to enjoy the vibe of downtown. And only had a 20min drive to the beach! Much thanks to the hostess!"

"Older home has tons of character in a cozy neighborhood. Spacious kitchen had everything we needed.Check-in process was smooth; hosts were very communicative.Will stay here again."

"Easy to locate in great location along the river in the center of the historic district. Instructuons were easy to understand for parking and building access. WiFi was strong and stable. Everything was good except the Keurig coffee pot needed to be descaled to work properly. "

"It was a wonderful week at the beach! Even on the day it rained, the setting was beautiful! The beach has a generous shoreline, and even though there are other people there, it is not overcrowded! This area of Topsail has maintained its quality and is not overly developed, making the stay just what I hoped it would be! The fireworks on the 4th of July that I could watch without going anywhere were magnificent! The ones I traveled to see on the 3rd at Surf City were not even close plus the crowds...

"Location, location, location! We walked everywhere - to tour historic homes, to restaurants, to the Riverwalk. The vibe of the historic downtown area was a relaxed hum :) The apartment was exactly as described - loved the original floors and windows, exposed brick walls and well appointed kitchen. Would absolutely stay there again!"
