"We recently stayed at this property on St. George Island. The house was comfortable — a bit older but well-kept — and check-in and check-out were smooth. "The location was great. It was a close and easy walk to the beach. The outdoor shower by the porch was very convenient to rinse off before going inside. The condo was very clean and had several thoughtful upgrades throughout. The owners communicated with us very well. Overall we were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. "

"The host was inattentive. The amenities were poorly maintained. We reported a major water leak dripping into the kitchen on heads on saturday. A handyman came out on Monday but could only observe. The refrigerator was failing, we notified on saturday, no response till I called again On Sunday, the (very pleasant) handyman came on monday but could not fix. We lost most of our food.
