"The apartment was clean and very well stocked. I have limited mobility due to a knee injury so I purposely looked for a place with fewer steps. This was ground level and easilly accessible for me. There were 2 steps to get into the bathroom but they were easy to manage. The kitchen has lots of appliances, pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware. The linens were sufficient for two people and clean. The washer and dryer were also convenient. We went out to the dock every night at sunset and it was so...

"Apalachicola was a beautiful, small town. Would have loved to stay another night. This property was extremely nice and comfortable. I hope this nice town doesn’t get ruined by commercialization like rosemary, fort Walton etc. "

"We met the owner personally. He was very friendly. He answered all our messages almost immediately. The pool was refreshing and being able to pull up by boat was a plus. We were very comfortable. It was a quick bike ride to the beer fest we were attending. We also enjoyed meeting their pet cats! "

"This was our second trip to the Riverside cottages. The property is great and had everything me and my husband needed for our boating trip. We brought our dog with us and there was a nice walking area at the back of the property for him. Our 24ft boat had ample space to fit beside the house and there was a hose we could wash it down after. The boat ramp is right across the street, and we could walk to all the restaurants. Great location."
