Red Cliff Sunset is a beautiful 1,812 sq foot home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that overlooks the neighborhood pool, hot tub & pickleball courts. This luxury villa is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floorplan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private.

Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Good place

Great quiet neighborhood. This place was nice for the 10 people who stayed bere. Plenty of room but wish there was another full bathroom. I never once had to wonder about anything as the owners texted updates days ahead of rental on codes and directions and checked in on us during our stay. My only downfall is the dishes were gross and dirty and cobwebs all over the front porch and patio furniture on upstairs balcony. The firepit thing on patio didnt work. If they fix these issues it would be even better. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful desert oasis

This location was perfect for our group of 10 people. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and it was perfect. The home have a very modern luxurious feel. Right next to the community pool. Everything we could have asked for. Will 100% be staying here again when we come to St George.

The place was wonderful! Great location, quiet and private. It was clean, well stocked and spacious. The decks were wonderful! Our only frustration was the restriction on the air conditioner. When we arrived it was 78 degrees in the house. There was a warning to not set the thermostat below 72 degrees, but 72 degrees was not cool enough for a group of athletes! The upstairs never got below 78 with us having to maintain a 72 degree setting. We would not ever stay there again because of this restriction. Sleeping was quite miserable . If that could get solved, I would highly recommend this place!

Gorgeous hone near Snow Canyon State Park

Our family met at this beautiful condo to spend Christmas week together. What a treat! The condo was well equipped, clean, quiet with plenty of space for us to spread out yet be together. Already thinking of coming back next Christmas!

Great getaway

This was a lovely home, fully equipped and ideally located for access to Snow Canyon. Highly recommend the Ledges for it's amenities and beauty. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

AWESOME PROPERTY!!

We loved our stay!! Convenient location, out of town but close enough. Quiet friendly community. Awesome pool, conveniently located. Had everything we needed. Great size for a family of seven. property manager was awesome to work with. Can’t say enough good things! We will for sure be staying here again when we come into town!!

The property and location were delightful

Unit was very nice. The location a bit far from town gives a calmer more relaxed feeling. The filter in the ice maker needs to be changed. We found the closest hot pool to be very poorly maintained and green. We contacted management who responded fed reasonably and resolved the issue within 24 hours.

Great house Great golf course neighborhood Lots to do here!! Biking, hiking, Pickleball, swimming, great restaurants. * one suggestion, make sure the bikes in the garage are rideable / usable. These ones were broken.

Awesome place. We had a great time. Ebikes for rent right in the gated community too.

I stayed in this home with my family, which comprised of two older teenagers. There is lots to do for all ages in this community including biking hiking golfing swimming and more. This is just a few miles up the road from downtown Saint George and it’s actually a perfect distance away, as it is beautiful, serene, and quiet. It would be great to have some operating bicycles in the garage for anyone who would like to use them to ride around in the community. Other than that, or stay was perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Family Fun Time!

The property was clean and well maintained. Plenty of room to be together or have some alone time. The upper deck with the fire "pit" was especially nice. The pool is a short 2 minute walk and very nice and clean.

Great property!

We had a wonderful time at this fully loaded, super clean house! The beds and couches were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is great for getting to everywhere we needed to go.

Great rental

We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. The home was clean and fully stocked. Nothing else was needed. The rental company, as well as Kimber, were so way to deal with. We will definitely be back to the area and to Ledges.

Great spot for a quick getaway. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. Location is perfect, close to golf and the pool. Excellent walking community. House set up nicely and very clean.

Beautiful home, spacious and reasonably priced.

I stayed here for 3 nights for the Tuachann theatre and Zion hiking adventures. The home is beautiful and clean. The complex has wonderful amenities and a great Ledges golf course. I highly recommend this rental and would be happy to visit again.
