"Urine stained and soaked bathrooms, hair in sink, mold in pool and showers, room wreaked of smoke, unclean bedsheets. Unhelpful staff, night attendant asked “what do you want me to do? Go buy towels” after we refused the ones he tried to hand us from the dirty laundry cart when we didn’t even get fresh towels in the room to begin with. Better Business Bureau would have a field day in this place."

"I was locked out of my room every single day because they didn’t have my key programmed so every day at 11 or something my keyboard shut off and I would have to go have it reactivated. There were people walking around that were obvious extremely high on drugs and I asked the front desk person if that was something that’s normal and it just kind of shrug and smiled and I was like OK. I guess I need to stay inside. It was extremely dirty where other peoples trash was there there’s mold growing in...

"Poor management maybe??? Air conditioner did not work. Instead of coming to our room to have a look at it, they told us to wobble it just a bit and it SHOULD work!!! What??? It did not work until l have it a good kick. Phone didn't work, coffee maker did not work, bed and pillows were awful!!! Crappy place to stay, won't make that mistake again! Not worth the money!"

"The room was clean and adequate. The air conditioner was noisy so if you are a light sleeper as I am, it might keep you awake. Also, it’s right by the highway so noise from cars and trucks was heard in the early morning hours. There were no extra amenities."

"First impression when we walked to the door, the big rug outside was filthy and was not cleaned the whole weekend. To the right of the doors was a pile of puke that was never cleaned up. The room and bed was clean but you had to watch that the toilet didn’t continue to run and if you turned on the water for a bath, the shower leaked out like crazy. The breakfast Buffet was ok but the bacon was cold and extra crispy. The pool and hot tub were alright. They were clean but the jets didn’t work...
