Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire cottage, including the living area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and outdoor space. The home is fully self-contained, so you’re free to come and go as you please and enjoy your stay in comfort and privacy.

Please note that there is a separate front unit on the property occupied by a neighbor. Your space is completely private, but we kindly ask that you be respectful of shared surroundings and mindful of noise, especially during early mornings and evenings.

We aim to create a relaxing, peaceful experience for both guests and neighbors.

We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for all of our guests.

•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•No loud noise or music past 10 PM
•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, and AC/heater.
•No Smoking of any kind inside/outside of the property. ($1000 Penalty)
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays.
•Check-in time is 4 PM - 12 AM (fees will apply after 10 PM)
•Check out time is 10 AM.
•No Extra / Overnight Guests. Please message us beforehand for confirmation.
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage
•No Pets
•No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces we show you

Property Disclosures:
We have two, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance and walk path which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the hallway which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.
