Townhouse directly facing the ocean at Summerhouse 206

Nicely Renovated ocean front 2 bedroom / 2 bath town home has enough to sleep six. The living room showcases the gorgeous view of the ocean from the comfort of our incredibly comfortable couches where you may want to stay all day on these couches. The kitchen we have updated appliances and a microwave over the glass top stove for those who would rather dine in than eat out. It is furnished with tasteful decor throughout and the master suite has a spacious king with the easy access of a walk in shower enclosure. The unit has Tile throughout but carpeting on the stairs. The guest room is just as thought of as the master suite. We have two twin beds for any extra guests that may be staying with you and a small tv The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo incase you feel the need to a luxurious bath and the next day decide you're in a hurry and use the shower. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

The only thing I wish Summerhouse had was gas grills by the pools. The location of the charcoal grills are so far away from the units.

The view is incredible, all the furniture and beds are super comfy, and you can't beat that short walk to the beach and the pool. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the decor, too. There are little touches everywhere that make it feel comfortable and homey. We can't wait to stay here again.

From the minute we opened the door we were in love. The views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom were breathtaking. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prior to our arrival we were told our unit would be open. After driving 8 hours on a hot day the unit was locked. Had to call to the office. The unit itself needs kitchen organization and is badly in need of updating in the kitchen and bathrooms upstairs. Gross mold on shower door. There also was a large family group that congregated below on balcony at dinner time on numerous days which didn't allow us to enjoy our time viewing and listening to the ocean.

The kitchen and bathrooms could use an update (specifically kitchen countertops, kitchen sink and faucet, and dishwasher). Overall a great unit. Property management and maintenance were great - quick response with refrigerator and microwave light bulbs and sheets for sleeper sofa.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good stay at 206. Just a few things I would change. Need a recliner in living room, couches and loveseat not comfortable. Rocker good. Fitted sheets in Master bedroom kept coming off they were too Big. 3 potato peelers in kitchen and none were good. Master shower had MOLD that we couldn't get off. Area rug in living room was dirty, so we rolled it up and put behind couch.Need better TV selection on cable. Couldn't get a lot of channels.

Being able to feel like you were right down on the ocean but yet have the convenience of being on the balcony was great. Condo overall was very comfortable and had all that we needed to enjoy our stay.

When we indicated that that wouldn’t work for our family, we were told, “just use paper plates”. Wrong answer! They eventually sent a repairman. This condo has been renovated. Sadly, there are problems. Most of the kitchen outlets “spit out” the plugs. We had to make toast in the guest bath! Also, half of the light bulbs were out with no extras available.

Summerhouse is a great complex and our unit was excellent. We found the unit to be very clean and included everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable.

My family and I have used summer house rentals four times now. This particular location was missing a sliding glass door in the master shower, in need of furniture upgrades due to cleanliness, and most important we made use of the cable and Internet to do family movie nights before bedtime and the Internet and cable was out for 3 out of the 7 days.

Hope to have ability to use the 2nd floor party / Conf room next time we visit. The design of 206 was really good - opening kitchen up is a great mod that others should follow.
