Traveling with a larger group? `Sunny Side Up` is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath upstairs unit that sleeps 4 and is also available for booking! Feel free to reach out with any questions.

No Smoking on the property

Pet Policy: We are happy to host your dogs! Up to 2 dogs are allowed—please reach out with any questions. We kindly ask that you don’t leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, as distressed pets can cause damage or excessive barking may disturb neighbors. St. Augustine beaches are dog-friendly, but leash laws apply. Please tell us about your dog(s)—we love to hear about them!

Pet Fee: A pet fee of $175 for 1–2 dogs will be charged for the stay. No fee is charged for certified service animals, though we ask you to inform us if you’ll be bringing a service animal during your stay.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

We ask that you do not leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We love to hear about them!
