Spacious 3-Bedroom Family Home - 10 mins to Beach!

We invite guests to stay in our spacious home away from home just outside of the Matanzas State Forest. We're about a ten-minute drive to Crescent Beach!
Our home is great for larger families traveling to St. Augustine with 3 spacious bedrooms, an open main living space, a screened-in back patio, and a huge fenced-in back yard.

As we mentioned, our home is great for larger families. It can accommodate up to 9 guests and we even have a crib for those traveling with infants. No need to bring a pack n' play or travel crib.
Our primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed!
Our 3rd bedroom is a great space for the kids, we have a bunk bed that is a queen on the bottom and an XL twin on top along with a standard crib.
The guest bathroom can easily be shared and features a tub/shower combo.
The main living space has a wonderful open floorplan which allows everyone to enjoy each other's company while cooking or watching a little TV and relaxing. All of the TVs in the home are Smart TVs, guests are welcome to use their favorite streaming services.
Our kitchen is equipped with just about everything your group may need to prepare meals at home or enjoy your favorite local takeout. Guests are welcome to use our dining table or kitchen island to sit together for a bite to eat.
Last but certainly not least, our home has a screened-in back patio that leads out into the fenced-in backyard. We have a cozy sectional so everyone will be able to find a seat. The backyard gives your group plenty of space to run around while you're waiting to head out to the beach. It's also a great place for your furry family members to enjoy.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire property except for our home office, garage, and 2 owner's closets.
Please note, the pool within our neighborhood is not available for guests at this time.
Our neighborhood also prohibits campers and trailers from being parked at our home.

Our home is pet friendly! We ask that guests pay a pet fee of $50 per pet and pick up any pet waste during their stay.

Please note - we have exterior security cameras and a NoiseAware monitoring system. We have a Ring doorbell camera on our front door, a camera above our garage, and a camera facing into the backyard.
We have a NoiseAware device in our living room and on our screened-in porch.
