Each bedroom has a balcony, one with a slight view of the ocean. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed. The second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds.
Designated WIFI throughout.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for meal preparation.
A full size washer/dryer are located in the garage. Eight beach chairs and eight beach towels are furnished. A charchoal grill is furnished for your family enjoyment.
The Ponce Landing complex is an oceanfront complex with grounds that are beautifully maintained and feature two outdoor pools and a private boardwalk to the beach

Please note pet friendly guests, VRBO/Airbnb does not include pet fee in their check out quote to you. The fee is $125 per pet, 2 pets maximum and breed restricted, no aggressive animals such as pitbulls terriers, rottweilers, dobermans, chows & mastiffs. This fee will be added after VRBOAirbnb emails your reservation to our email. We then send you a booking reservation which includes the pet fee + 11.5% taxes. Our owners welcome your family pets, however do ask you respect their vacation home investment. The HOA has added a new form each pet guests must complete and return to me. This will be emailed to you with the contract to sign.
