A special corridor from the pool deck leads past the garage and out to the beach. It also features a convenient outdoor shower. For a real treat, head up to one of the largest private decks in St. Augustine for some of the best ocean views you'll ever find. You'll truly feel like you're on the edge of heaven, with stunning, 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and Matanzas Inlet. Kick back in one of the Adirondack chairs to watch the sunset and stay after the stars come out to lose yourself under the blanket of the Milky Way.

Directly facing the ocean, the home is designed to showcase the views inside and out. Wall-to-wall windows throughout the main floor bring sea views inside, while a large balcony offers a breezy perch for dolphin-watching. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
Pool heating is available from April through October for an added fee.
There is currently road work in front of the house. There will still be full access to the home and a clear view of the ocean.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
