Located in the sought-after St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort, you'll have access to fantastic on-site amenities including 2 sparkling pools, 5 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, pickleball, bocce ball, and shuffleboard — something fun for everyone!

Comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests, the condo features 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a convenient laundry room with washer and dryer. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a twin bed plus a trundle bed. For extra sleeping space, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. Each room is equipped with flat-screen TVs, and you’ll enjoy fast Wi-Fi, cable TV with DVR, and a landline phone for your convenience.

The fully updated kitchen shines with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, outfitted with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

Great location

Not our first time at Ocean Racquet Club condo but first time using VRBO and Sunshine Reality. All as listed, great for our needs BUT pet peeve is they provide you with a “starter packet” of dishwasher soap, toilet paper etc. Not likely a coincidence but there were quite a few dishes, silverware clearly not gone through the dishwasher that we had to re-wash before use. Expectation is rentals have toilet paper and adequate soap! Unsanitary to rely on others purchasing dishwasher soap on vacation.

This condo is very basic. A few general updates would be a welcomed addition. Definitely trying to cover something up with the air wick plugins. Maybe a dehumidifier would help. Kitchen could use a deep cleaning

Fall vacation

Unit overall was ok for the price range. Highly disappointed main pool was closed for maintenance starting October 8th for 4-6 weeks. I have not seen or received any information about this. This is one of the things we look for when choosing a unit.

Seaside Getaway

The condo is very nicely located in the St Austine/Butler Beach area. Nice restaurants close-by. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking-in. Okay table in the dining area. Dining chairs are very uncomfortable. Family room area is furnished with very uncomfortable seating. There is not enough seating for 4 persons to comfortably watch TV. Floor throughout needs a deep cleaning. Also the second bedroom has extra beds to pull out to use but I don't know how. There is a nightstand between the beds that would impede pulling out the trundle. Nice beach and pool area.

Convenient

Terrific access to beach. Area had plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Historic St. Augustine was only about 8 miles away. One day we even went up to Jacksonville to go to their water park which was well worth the money. Please put 2 new 12”frying pans in kitchen !!! They looked unhealthy to use for cooking plus one was warped and rolled around on the stove.

Everything was great and as expected! One thing I would recommend is either a thicker curtain on the sliding glass door or blinds to help with how much heat comes in from that window. I think upgrading that would improve the life of the a/c unit to not have to work so hard to over compensate for how hot it gets during the day. Would recommend this stay to others!

One month summer stay

We’ve stayed at this location many times and always in a different condo. It was nice to finally be in a building with an elevator to help lug everything up and down in. The balcony was in the perfect spot for evening shade and the ocean breeze. I think the condos all pretty much have the same floor plan so nothing new there. I was kind of disappointed in the sink drain by the wet bar being taped over and a note saying not to use it. Also, the balcony door was fogged up so you couldn’t really see through it. Other than that it was a pretty decent stay away from home.

Nice beach getaway

The property is as advertised. It is clean, updated, and has a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. It is a short walk to the beach and to the larger pool. It is quiet at night. My wife and I had a great stay. We will look to stay here again next year.

Fun with grandchildren

We loved our vacation stay in your condo. Great view , convenient to everything, and comfortable. Just dark in the hallways and I know that’s not a problem you can do anything about. We really enjoyed it and would love to go back.

It's ok

Floor not super clean for kids to run around on. They all got black feet... Master bathtub needed a rail to hold sliding doors in place...I called and told them about it...but asked not to be disturbed and we all just showered in the guest bath...don't know if water press would have done 2showers at a time anyways... Condo right off the beach. The pools were great.

Perfect family vacation

We love the Ocean & Racquet and stay in a condo there every summer for a family trip. For anyone considering staying at O&R it is a great location around St Augustine Beach area. This is the first time we have stayed in this unit, or a unit with Sunshine Realty. For starters, Sunshine Realty was fantastic. We had an issue with or door code upon check in and they immediately got the problem resolved with no hassle. The Unit itself was clean and cozy. Just the right amount of amenities, and the appliances were in such good clean condition they seemed brand new. The unit location was also great. This is the first time staying in building 3. We normally stay in what i call the freestanding buildings, as opposed to the larger building 3, but i will say it was our favorite. It was steps away from the boardwalk to the beach (which has no steps in case that is a concern for anyone thinking of staying here,) and an elevator which makes carrying luggage (and little kids) much easier. I would highly recommend staying in this unit, and with Sunshine realty in general.

Great location

Great location for visiting St Augustine. Our only issues were administrative. First I could not get the parking pass site to work. Two phone calls and many attempts with no success. Finally was told they would issue a temp pass and then I could get a pass the next day. Secondly, the code for the door to the condo did not work. Fortunately they answered their emergency number and gave us a new code that worked. Very upsetting to arrive and not be able to get in. Once these issues were resolved all went well.
