Plenty of seating in the living room with large smart TV, desk, large windows allowing lots of natural light. Dining table seats 6 guests, 6 additional seats at the kitchen island, plus outdoor dining table and seating.



Fully Stocked Kitchen with everything you need to cook meals for your group! Everything brand new with plenty of cabinet space, gorgeous countertops and stainless steel appliances including: large refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Intracoastal waterway is also great for kayaking, paddle boards, fishing, manatee watching, and boasts a public boat ramp making this a favorite for all water sports.



Also, within minutes to grocery store, restaurants, shopping, entertainments and history.



* Home is dog friendly and we do not charge a pet fee for one small dog. If you have more than 1 dog or if your dog is larger than 17 pounds - please inquire. We have made exceptions and absolutely willing to consider - pet fee may apply for larger/additional dogs. Please send us a message. We are happy to help!



Guest will have total privacy and access to the entire property with the exception of one hall closet.



There is a 2-car garage and private entrance into home.



NO shared spaces in the home and all in-home amenities are available to use.



We make vacation rental easy for guests offering self Check-In.

--> We do not accept Check-ins or Check-Outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Those are the only 2 days of the year that we give our team (cleaners/inspectors/maintenance) the day off as they work every other day including holidays. I am sure you understand the importance of spending Thanksgiving and Christmas Day with family.



* Home is Dog Friendly for dogs 17 pounds or less. Dogs permitted on main level only (pet gate is provided in garage to block the stairs). Pets are not permitted on the furniture, including beds. If you have more than 1 dog or if your dog is larger than 17 pounds - please inquire. We have made exceptions and are willing to consider. Please, no cats or any other animals as owner has allergies. Parking: 2 cars in garage + additional in driveway. No cars permitted to park on yard. Street parking is not allowed. (Some do park on the street but at your own risk as they have ticketed/towed in the past).



Security Deposit/ 100% refundable within 48 hours after Check-Out provided House Rules are followed and no damage.
