  • Este condomínio está no terceiro andar ao lado das unidades da frente do oceano. A grande varanda do quarto principal e sala de estar tem vista para a piscina e pátio e oferece uma excelente vista do Atlântico. A sala de estar foi atualizada recentemente.

    Há uma TV e uma cama king size no quarto principal, uma rainha no segundo quarto e duas camas de solteiro no terceiro quarto conhecido como o "Ninho do Corvo". A cozinha está bem equipada e tem uma nova máquina de lavar louça e geladeira. Existe uma máquina de lavar e secar roupa de tamanho completo. Tenha uma ótima estadia!

Ocean beauty

We enjoyed our stay at this condo so much! Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds and lovely decor. The view and patio on this condo were our favorite! So beautiful! We definitely recommend this for a wonderful stay!

Perfect!

Our family of six enjoyed our spring break vacation at this property! It was so lovely. Amazing location with beach and pool views! The villa itself was so clean with comfy beds! The property was beautiful! We would absolutely recommend to others and return for another visit.

Clean, cozy and a great view! Beach access near the room/pool. No issues with the condo. Would recommend for your next trip to St. Augustine!

Beautiful beach

Great weather. White sand. Great property and this condo was perfect. Wish pool and hot tub open later for older kids but otherwise great experience. Very safe too.

Everything was fine in the unit. Only complaint was the floor was very dirty, had to wear footwear.

Colony reef 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was good and the food truck was a nice addition. We have been staying at Colony Reef for the last nine years. This year there was construction next door for 3 days that was ridiculously loud. We would want to know in advance if there is construction again as we would not stay during that week. Otherwise no complaints.

Nice Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from this condo were beautiful, the furnishings were very nice, and it was very quiet. I am a light sleeper and usually use a sound machine to block out noises but I didn't use it and I didn't hear a thing outside the condo. My main criticism is that there was absolutely no storage in the kids bunk room. There was no room for drawers or a table (only the beds) and the only closet in the room was locked so we had to share our drawers and closet space in our bedroom with the kids, which was very inconvenient when we were trying to change, etc. My only other complaint would be that it was not as clean as I would like. The clothing drawers were dusty/sandy, and the refrigerator had cheese shreds in the drawer and the shelves were dingy. I had to wipe out the clothing drawers before putting in our clothes and wipe out the refrigerator. I also washed the sheets before we slept on them as there was some sand and hair on the beds in the kids room. There was also an old bandaid under the edge of the stove. Also, they only initially supplied 3 towels and 3 washcloths in the main bathroom, which is odd since the bunk room and 2nd bedroom can accommodate 5 people. When we requested additional towels we had to wait until the office opened and rather than sending out someone from housekeeping, we had to go pick them up ourselves. This is not a big deal, really, just unusual. Overall, however, the resort and condo were just lovely.

Strange Timiing

With such an early checkout on Saturday and extremely late check in for the new arrivals on Saturday, it makes much more sense to do the chemical maintenance on Saturday morning.

It has everything: great decor, great furniture, wonderful beds and the ocean view from the patio is so perfect.
