  • If you are looking for a comfortable way to accommodate more than two people, our 1st Floor Patio Suite with Murphy bed is the way to go. Even, better to enjoy the picturesque ocean view from the sofa or pull the Murphy bed cabinet down to reveal a comfortable queen size mattress. Truly wake up to the sunrise! Enjoy the comforts of a ceiling fan, large flat screen TV and small desk area in the living room. This lovely condo has a full kitchen with dishwasher, in unit icemaker and beautiful granite countertops. A comfortable queen bed is well dressed in the bedroom which also boasts, plenty of drawer space, a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The bedroom closet has a sliding door which makes for a more peaceful presentation in the bedroom. The bathroom is beautifully decorated with beach chic decor, a continuous theme of comfort and class that will remind you to ask for this condo again and again. As of 8/1/2023, this condo is now Dog Friendly, a maximum of 2 small dogs per stay, $75 non-refundable fee per pet. Grass outside of patio is not a dog walk area.
    Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

The location and accommodations were great for my family of three. I was initially expecting more of a traditional home-style rental, but it turned out to be more of a condo-style hotel with amenities like room service, which was a nice surprise. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.The beach access was very close to the room, making it super convenient to go back and forth during the day. The property felt clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. I also really appreciated that it was pet-friendly, which made traveling much easier for us.Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely consider coming back.

Great quick getaway!

My husband and I just needed a night at the beach and this was perfect. Bed was very comfy and the coffee was hot in the morning. Add in some sunshine and the ocean and it was everything we could’ve asked for. Thank you!

My stay at Beachers Lodge

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price, the room was inadequate. The sliding glass door did not lock correctly. I could not shut off the living room fan. Several light switchs did not work, to include the ceiling fan light. The TV only had a few stations, and I could not get the Closed Captioning feature. I am hard of hearing, and need closed captioning. The couch cushions were worn, and getting up from the couch was very difficult.I would want assurance of a better quality room with a TV containing more than 2 stations and Closed Captioning before staying there again.

The short walk from the first floor to the boardwalk and pool from the first floor was great with us having two young children. The only bad part of the stay was that it had to end. Truly a gem that we're glad to have stumbled upon a few years ago and can't wait to go back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my second time staying at Beacher’s Lodge. I’d probably rate my overall experience this time as 7/10. Upon arriving there was hair in the bathroom sink and around the toilet. The books inside of the room was sticky on the outside. There was stains on the drapes leading outside on the patio that resembled blood. After our time in the water we went back to shower and there was very long hair on the washcloths and towels. Due to our time crunch we didn’t even have time to try and get the issues resolved.

Checking in was painless and they answered all our questions satisfactorily. The room left a lot to be desired. The sofa was dingy and dirty, the tub looked like it could use a good scrubbing, and the wiring on the TV in the bedroom looked amateurish at best. The place has a nice location and easy access to the beach and a lovely pool, but this particular room needed a lot of work.

Was disappointed with ground floor patio that we didn't use because we had a sod co lay and ripping up old.Had to close the curtains because my dogs kept barking at workers.The place right next to us was getting a new floor so hammers and grinders all day.We checked out early,couldn't wait to go home and relax. Thanks for a not so much fun vacation. I would not recommend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bottom line: this unit is described as is not. Window coverings have green/black discoloration on the back -- mold perhaps? Damp funky smell inside unit. I had the slider open a lot and kept fans going all day/night. Old fabric couch that probably has decades of smells absorbed into it. Needs electrical work/fixes. Dark. Not comfortable to be there, could be a health hazard.

The location right on the beach is unbeatable (and it's a beautiful, clean, and family friendly beach). Although the suite was a bit dated, it was clean and had all the basic amenities one needs for a multiple night stay. The pool was nice also. We loved the fact it was a good 10min out of town, it made it much less busy and quiet.
