Beacher's Oceanfront Patio Suite with onsite Front Desk and Staff

This delightful 1st Floor Patio Suite has a King Bed in the bedroom. The impressions of the seaside are found throughout this patio suite. With laminate flooring throughout, the living room has a great ocean view, a queen sleeper sofa and a 32" flat screen wall mounted TV. Nautical style light and simple ceiling fan, add accommodating touches. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, all the standard appliances, a medium sized refrigerator and adds the option to bake in the 4 burner stove with oven. The bathroom has a tiled look, newer tub and updated vanity. This king pillow top mattress has been a popular request. A 32" Flat Screen TV and laminate flooring in the bedroom this makes for a comfortable stay. This condo is only 3 units away from the pool and beach access, so easy to enjoy the property amenities but not so close that you see all the activity in these areas. PLEASE, NO PETS ALLOWED

The host was welcoming. However , the place had an odor of trash coming from what appeared to be next door. There were people smoking next to us on balcony evwn though it said No Smoking. There was enough hot water in the mornig. But only enough for one shower in the evening . The sofa and chair need replaced . They are smelly . The safe is old and bent up and you cant even use it ! We literally had to listen to a domestic situation from 0230 to 0530 am. One that involved the police . What really sucks is the managnent said " oh we are sorry . We dont manage that condo . And you were just unlucky " . The condo was literally in the same building !!!! So No I would never come back here .

The view was amazing! We loved the proximity to the beach. Since this was a fishing trip we sure got our exercise on the boardwalk. The pool looked awesome, but it was to cold outside. The grounds are very well maintained. The check in was very easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. One improvement would be a spatula. It was hard turning eggs with a spoon Until next time!!!!

The room was clean and fresh, small, but perfect for 2 people and the view was amazing! I would recommend it and I’m sure I’ll be staying here again in the future. The owner had everything I needed and fixed up pretty. Thank you : )

Good location

Very cheep furnishings. Bed was missing a foot so was crooked and shower head did not adjust spray. PCV door locks are filthy so having to grab them out of the tracks to open the door was nasty. Got freeze all over my hands.

Solid property.

The unit itself was clean with plenty of towels and dishes supplied. It does show its age, and if you’re weather-bound inside the furniture is old and uncomfortable and the TV is well below modern standards. The view and location are lovely. Beach access is a breeze and the beach is excellent for sunbathing and swimming. If your vehicle is a 4x4 there is a vehicle access ramp immediately next door which is a fun experience. I recommend staying here if you spend the majority of your time out of the property; but, don’t expect anything fancy and bring your own entertainment.

Wonderful place right on the beach.

We stayed one night so the family could enjoy the beach before going to Orlando. We arrived a few hours before check in and they let us use the pool and beach while waiting. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Perfect view of the ocean. Beach was just steps away. Highly recommended!

Cute little place with an awesome view. Perfect size for me and my daughter. You'll need to have a car but downtown and shopping aren't too far. The pool area is beautiful and the grounds are maintained well. Everything was clean and the bedding was comfortable. There isn't anything that I would add to this room except a few rugs. I don't like getting into bed with sand on my feet. Other than that, there was everything we needed. Our family visited for a day at the beach and agreed this place is great. We had a fun trip and would definitely stay here again.

Do Not Stay Here Bed Bugs!

The studio was very small as listed, it had a small odor which I believed was from the bathroom plumbing. When we initially tried to enter the room it was blocked by a shopping car full of garbage believed to be left by housekeeping. Surface level everything looked clean. After unpacking groceries and settling in and noticed a few insects along the trim of the sliding door to the outside patio portion. I thought nothing of this, as a Florida native I’ve seen many insects and creepy crawlers. Let’s get straight to the issue, once we turned in for the evening (8p) we were awoken from our sleep in a frantic, I felt very itchy and turned on the lights and to my surprise the bed was full of bedbugs! (Pillow/top trim of mattress) My partner had several bites (back/neck and one on face) this was a very unpleasant surprise! (940p) I ran to the phone to call the office (they leave at 10p) as I explained the situation, The office receptionist was not surprised!!! She assured me they were not bed begs, then recanted and said they had only experienced this problem one time prior however not in the same room. She made sure to let me know she would be leaving soon, she advised she would phone us back to see if another room was available. Please be mindful it is a holiday weekend and we booked this stay over 5 months prior. We she phoned us regarding a different room she stated “my matenice man checked it out and said it’s ok” please be mindful there was no guarantee this room was bed bug free. Ultimately, we requested a refund (returned 1 week after) and was left to find somewhere else to stay during the busiest time of year. I will be finding a way to report this facility, it was a major scam! I would give zero stars if I could.

Cute spot!

This is a very cute little rental with great beach access! It’s just as advertised and perfect for a couple. We loved our stay here and will definitely come back!
