Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with Onsite Front desk and staff

You'll find a tropical paradise when you stay in this balcony suite, "the upper deck" as the owners like to call it. This beautiful top floor condo will have you wanting to stay longer, with comfortable tall back patio chairs. Step inside your picture perfect sliding glass door and relax in ocean blues. The vibrant sleeper sofa and enjoyable recliner are the best spot to enjoy the 47" flat screen tv or the ocean view. The glass top table provided padded chairs for a more comfortable dining experience. The full kitchen has a stove with oven, smaller countertop microwave and a large LG refrigerator with freezer on the bottom. Tile throughout is the only way to go with oceanfront living. The step in shower in the bathroom has beautiful blue glass tile and accents. The large vanity mirror is an extra benefit. When it's time to retreat, nothing but a comfortable king size bed and a 42" flat screen TV will do. With ceiling fans both in the living room and bedroom, this condo is one tropical paradise that is just so easy and breezy with enjoyment. No Pets allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Great Weekend Getaway!

The condo was perfect for a 1 night weekend getaway. The view was incredible, the property was peaceful and the location was an easy drive to St. Augustine and all the fun activities. The check in staff was extremely helpful, too. We will definitely be back.

Everything was great. Our unit was beautiful and the property as a whole was well maintained. This is a perfect place to getaway and relax on the beach.

Wonderful beach experience!! We loved the easy access to the beach, pool, local restaurants and stores. The bed and furniture was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. And the view is breathtaking!!

Beautiful Ocean Front Condo

The views were amazing!! Everything you could want in a condo. Clean, comfortable with a great staff. The pool was a bonus. We will definitely be back.

Happy Anniversary

Very quiet stay with my wife. The balcony is amazing! The two comfortable chairs are perfect for sitting, sipping a glass of wine and watching the waves crash in. Perfect little spot for the two of us.

May Visit

These Gold Star units are among the clean, well decorated condo spaces. The view of ocean below is exceptional. The pool is unusually large (maybe 40' x 70') and well maintained. Security, on site maintenance, and hospitality are all exceptional.

Perfect condo in great location

Everything was great. Premium location within complex and more updated than most. Minor ant problem behind fridge but I still rate 5 stars because I live in FL too. No way to get rid of everything all the time. Perfect for our short stay.

The beaches were beautiful, so many great restaurants,and of course beachers lodge was fantastic. From our balcony we watched the sunrise over the Atlantic. The full sizs fridge was great for drinks and snacks. Would absolutely recommend Beachers lodge. We can't wait to come back.

Great Ocean View

The Crescent Beach was much nicer than the beach farther up the coast closer to downtown St. Augustine.The only complaint we had with our condo is that the mattress needed replaced as it had an indent on the right side.The desk staff and maintenance staff were very helpful and friendly.The pool seemed like it was heated. The beach was not even a minute walk down the boardwalk from the condos.

The unit had everything we could have needed. The coffee maker had filters and the bathroom had a wonderful smelling soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The king bed was too soft for my liking so I used the pull out couch which was nice and Firm. I could still hear the waves through the closed sliding door! Office workers were friendly and helpful. Laundry was a plus! Was also happy they had pet free units.

Nice getaway

The view was amazing. It was more relaxing than anything. The room it self was not as clean as I would have desired. The floor was sandy, and had crumbs everywhere. There were hairs in the restroom and on the blankets. It just needed a little more TLC and a thorough cleaning. The location was so so... not much to do outside of eating and wallking on the beach without a fifteen min car ride. I would recommend this place to anyone. Just make sure that the condo has been cleaned thoroughly! We spent mosy of our time on the balcony. Caught so.e great sunrises and sunsets.

Perfect View

This is our second time at Beacher's Lodge and this time we were on the fourth floor middle. It is a better view than our previous rental due to being a straight at the ocean and beach view. We especially liked the higher chairs on the balcony because I sit short and with a traditional chair I'd be looking at the railing balcony. The decor was cute. Loved all the photographs of the wildlife and beach. The folder of restaurants and activities was a help, too. This is a great rental for a couple--it might be too small for a family. I was able to slip out each morning and watch the sunrise without disturbing my still sleeping spouse. It's hard to say what is my favorite thing about Beacher's Lodge. It has to be a tie between the beach and the pool with the staff coming in at third. It is reasonably close to everything without the chaos that is St. Augustine.

Nice For a fun weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there because of a weekend retreat that was held on the property. There were many pluses: great location, easy to get to from the interstate, loads of seafood restaurants in an easy drive. The condo was fairly nice, and looked (mostly) like it had been recently updated. Nice furniture, newish counters, nice balcony with wonderful view of the ocean. The cons were mostly maintenance...elevators were slow and one didn’t work periodically; the heat/air in the bedroom was noisy and had a towel stuffed in one side for some reason; the bedroom was cramped (hard to get into the closet, narrow path around bed); no explanations on how to use the multiple remotes to access tv stations. Overall a nice room with a little maintenance needed to make it better.

Only downside, coffee pot is hotel style with pre-measured pods that wasn’t great. Otherwise, great stay! We’ll be back!
