Wake up to stunning ocean views at this beautiful 2nd-floor oceanfront condo in St. Augustine on Crescent Beach. This private balcony suite overlooks both the Atlantic Ocean and heated pool, offering the perfect setting to enjoy sunrise views, sea breezes, and the relaxing sound of waves. Designed for comfort and convenience, this St. Augustine beach vacation rental features a cozy living area with a sleeper sofa (memory foam mattress) and large flat-screen TV—ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and mini oven, making dining in easy and enjoyable. A 4 cup drip coffee maker and daily supply of coffee will make waking up to the sunrise even more enjoyable. This suite is located at the south end of the property, with convenient access to the bbq area on property as well as the beach and pool. The king bed in the separate bedroom with flat screen TV makes this the perfect spot for a little seaside romance or a family weekend getaway! NO PETS ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old Daily housekeeping is included at no additional charge.

Beacher’s Lodge room 203

A quaint but perfectly comfortable place to temporarily leave the cares of this world behind you. A small seaside community, with a few phenomenal restaurants at hand. Waves lapping, birds singing, salt in the air, a comfy spot to relax and best of all, no crowds! Great staff

Valentines Day stay

The view was beautiful, that was pretty much the only great thing. Housekeepers do not dust ANYTHING! In order to open slider there were hard blinds ( patio) covered in some splatter and covered in dust. If we wanted to cook using the cookware you definitely couldn’t since pots and pans were rusty from 1989. Seems like an elderly couples get away. Probably the worst part was getting ready to take a shower, great water pressure however 30 seconds of warm water and the shower turned to freezing. I waited about 25 minutes from when my husband first ran the water and the same thing happened to me. I returned keys to lobby and mentioned to clerk about no hot water and she just kind of seemed like she didn’t care. I could have paid the same price to stay at the brand new Renaissance Hotel down the street with hot water, it we wanted to try out one of the VRBO listings. We definitely won’t stay here again.

Great vacation

We had a Great time, ALL employees were friendly and nice and the resort and room Was clean and nice, the only issue we had was the condo was a little small to us and we will probably have to go to a 2 bedroom next time!! But our overall stay was GREAT!!!

Great location, but needs some updates

This unit is in a great location and while it is a small unit it is smartly decorated to optimize the space. Also, nautical-themed decorations are cute and add to the unit's appeal. The unit could use a re-fresh overall as paint has chips and grout in bathroom needs refreshed. My biggest problem with the unit was that I ran out of hot water in the shower very quickly and there was no screen on the patio door. I called the office twice during business hours to ask about the patio door but no one answered and there was no way to leave a message. There was quite a bit of noise as well as in the mornings as repairs were being done in the parking lot and to units by the pool. I stayed in this building the year before in a different unit but I don't know if I would stay here again.

Unit 203

Property was very clean, bed was perfect. View was outstanding, watched Dolphins everyday. They close the pool at 6pm so don’t worry about any noise while enjoying cocktails on the balcony in the evening. Beautiful beach, white soft sand!!! Perfect for a couple, would be small for more people. We will definitely go back!!!

Crescent Beach Stay

We loved every minute of our stay at this property! The beach was amazing! The pool is literally out the balcony door (one story below) so that was noisy at times. I knew the location, however, so I had expected that. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. I was a bit surprised at how much smaller it was than I had imagined. The property is dated, a bit, but we could tell the owners had put a lot of effort into making it seem nice and well decorated. Overall, very pleased with our stay!

We love Beachers Lodge but...

We’ve always stayed at beacher’s and have never had any complaints. Sadly, the floors were dirty, so dirty my 2 year olds feet were black on the bottoms. We ended up wearing shoes the entire time inside the condo. On the last day, we were packing up and saw a roach in the kitchen cabinet!!!! I’ll be calling the main office to let them know but I thought others should know as well..

Decent- not horrible but could be better

So the pros: location is awesome, bed was comfy, appeared clean, and maintenance staff was very nice-- actually all the staff was super nice Cons: we stayed 2 nights and had to call maintenance twice- became on a first name basis with Big Al, very friendly maintenance man. Hallway light was out (required replacement-- no biggy), light associated with the fan was broken (couldn't be fixed), DVD player was broken (couldn't be fixed- VERY LIMITED TV channels), AC in the master kept turning off (heard others complain about the same thing so this must be a setting) and the sliding door is near impossible to open/close. Maintenance came and sprayed stuff but it needs to be replaced or new rollers. We read in the units sign in book this was a complaint in 2019 so clearly this isn't going to be fixed anytime soon. Couldn't really enjoy the balcony since everytime we opened the door it practically fell off the track. So over all decent experience because of the location and people I was with. I'd like to try another unit in the building but someone wrote in the travel book "weve stayed at 3 units here and this is the best by far" which made me think oh lawdy maybe not.
