  • Rich in vibrant colors throughout, this will be a 3rd floor Balcony Suite Plus you'll remember. The warm buttery cream and complimentary sage, set a calming tone for your next vacation. The furnishings are kept current and updated, including a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and 37" Flat Screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a flat top stove and a convection microwave oven. The kitchen is set up so that you can enjoy the ocean view while preparing or enjoying meals at the glass top table. The bathroom was recently remodeld with new tub, tiled walls and medicine cabinet over a new vanity. The private bedroom is rich with a lovely coordinated bedroom suit, wood floors, a comfortable king size bed and a 32" standard TV. This condo is completely coordinated to make for a most enjoyable stay. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Clean, relaxing, beautiful view and close to the beach

We enjoyed everything about this space. It was clean, it had all we needed, the view from the balcony was beautiful, and the location, close to the beach, was so convenient. We didn't want to leave it. We hope to be back again some day.

quick weekend getaway

location was great, perfect view, very clean. I would definitely stay here again when we plan on a last-minute trip. Room/ accommodations were perfect for what we needed. It was cold and the heat worked great! I have no complaints at all, and I would recommend staying in 320 for sure to anyone who needs a place.

Beautiful, clean, and just right!

We absolutely loved our stay. This was our first trip to St. Augustine, and we couldn't be happier. Crescent Beach is just lovely - quiet, clean, and calm. The condo had a great balcony view and a very comfortable bed (my two musts!). Beachers Lodge has their own office management, so check in was easy, and they were always available if needed. Super friendly. We enjoyed a few days in St. Augustine, as well as the little tour to Fort Matanzas just 5 mins away. If you go, get there when they open at 9 to ensure you get your tickets before they are gone (it's free!). Also went to the Alligator Farm, which was really cool. Will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a lodge owned condo. My older kiddos stayed in a private owned condo above us. Although their condo was newly renovated and modern, ours did the trick. I will say we paid twice the amount a night that they did. (Found that out too late). The room itself was spacious enough. It had a pool that was nice and the beach was our backyard. I will definitely stay again, but will likely search for one of the private owned units.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family rented several units and this one was not as updated as other units. The furniture needs upgrading and there was an unpleasant odor. Kitchen is a good size and convection microwave oven works for a short stay, but an oven would be more convenient for a longer stay. I would rate this a silver unit, it did not meet the gold expectations compared to the other units.

The room had blackout curtains so my husband could sleep in. The only “glitch “ was the unit had basic cable so there were no ESPN & SEC channels. My husband loves his football.

Overall good, except for one major thing

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check-in was easy, and the unit was as we expected. The view from the balcony was incredible, and access to the beach was great. The only issue we had was a machine that was left in the room by maintenance. We assumed it was cleaning the air or dehumidifying, so we didn't give it much thought. However, after being in the unit for several hours we looked at it closer and did a google search to see what it was. We discovered that we should not have been in the room while it was running. In fact, the unit should have been vacant for at least 2 hours after the machine was turned off. My friend had been coughing some and had some eye irritation, which we later realized was due to this machine. We immediately turned off the machine and opened the screen door to air things out. Since all this happened late at night, we were unable to contact the office, but took the machine to them first thing the next morning. We got an apology from the clerk at the counter, but nothing else was said about it. I know mistakes happen, but this seemed like a big one to us. Also, this mistake was a maintenance issue, not an issue with the actual unit. Overall, the unit itself was good.

Getting to the beach was a struggle. We had a wagon for beach chairs etc. There is no ramp, but stairs at the end of the board walk. Poor idea and planning.Great beach and not over crowded.

The condo had everything we needed and was well kept and clean. We came for sun, sand, and seafood. We were not disappointed! We are new retirees and enjoyed the slow pace in this area.

Reviewer Comments: Lovely unit, well accomodated, clean, very comfortable, view to die for. We chose to eat in every day as no restaurant view could compare. Staff was helpful during guest emergent tripping injury on arrival. Was little upset when told room not ready on arrival, but after our emergency in front of unit putting bags in entryway pre storm, out of necessity, maintenance opened and found it WAS ready. We are seniors, wished services were offerred/available to bring bags to room.
