Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Plus Suite with onsite Front Desk and Staff

  • If you are looking for a vibrant 2nd Floor Balcony Suite Plus, then look no further. This condo has the advantage of the queen Murphy bed in the living room area. Even though there is a king bed in the private bedroom, many guests opt to sleep on the queen Murphy bed so that they can wake up to the sunrise on the ocean front. Enjoy the large 37" flat screen TV in the living room or a nice 26" Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. This condo has the full kitchen, a lovely new kitchen table, a new modern looking sofa and a new recliner. The bathroom and living room have been repainted in a fresh white color and the shower was updated with a walk in shower December 2025. The private bedroom has the comfortable King size bed and tile throughout this condo keeps things clean and tidy. If you are looking for some Florida warmth, you'll find it here. But please, NO PETS ALLOWED. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Our rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay at Beacher's. We had access and a great location to the beach, plus we also used the cookout area to grill for a family supper. Manager Shannon Lake was great with organizing everything for us and staff checked on us every day to see if we needed something. I'd highly recommend Beacher's for accomodations for a great beach getaway.

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Beacher's Lodge for several years and enjoy the oceanfront property specifically for the breathtaking views of both the sunrise and the moonrise! The only complaint I have is the TV channels are very limited and it rained so it would halve been good to have more choices. Also, the internet service is sketchy.

The staff is kind and the room is clean and a wonderful place to relax and see the sunrise while drinking your coffee in the morning. I love the pool and beach access and so do my kids. Great Location but needs updated

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I blindly booked this condo with no knowledge of the area or condo. I definitely loved the location. The condo is directly on the beach with a beautiful view. There was also turtles nesting right by the beach walkway which was really cool. The room itself was a little disappointing. The unit was dated...especially the bathroom and just needs an overall face-lift. The bed and bedding was nice and comfortable but we couldn't sleep because of the old air conditioning unit in the bedroom was VERY loud. The last night we left it off and opened the sliding doors in the living room and slept a little better. The bathroom definitely needs renovated and everything else needs refreshed. The condo itself has positive things going for it in general; the location, the view, the pool, the area, the staff, and other tenants. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay at Beachers again but would choice an updated unit.

The beach at this location is perfect for walking. The area is handy to lots of beautiful state parks and St. Augustine. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The property management people communicate well and do a nice job, as does the housekeeping staff. The unit could use a little upgrading, but it won’t impact a pleasant stay.

It is small, but it had everything that we needed and the location was perfect! It was amazing to be able to just open the sliding glass door and hear the ocean! The staff at the rental was exceptionally friendly and helpful, as were the fellow renters. We are definitely planning to come back!

Let Down as Compared to Prior Visits

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, the Front Office Personnel were very pleasant. But on entering our UNIT we noticed a lot of facility wear-and tear. Bathroom, bedding, etc, could have used some OWNER upkeep. My wife was disappointed in the Unit, but we stuck it out.Beachers Location is GEAT but our visitation time (winter) corresponded with Beachers' outside renovations. But again, that was OK as renovations have to happen sometime. Just wished we had some guidance as to Declining Room Conditions. We'll CHECK Better next time, as front desk folks are helpful. ALL in ALL ---- we'd give Beachers 4-stars, and the Rental Unit 3-stars.

Rental definitely not GOLD status

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I classify my experience as very good. My only real complaint is about the grading of the condo. It definitely is not Gold, though that is what I paid for. The living room and dining room furniture is very worn. The bathroom is tiny with with very little room to place necessities, toothpaste, etc. Decorations are scarce. No full length mirror to check your outfit if you're trying to look nice. However, I have stayed at Beacher's many times because it is in a great location for me. The beach is beautiful and the accommodations are sufficient. The customer service was very good.I would recommend this place to others but not room 225 if you are truly wanting GOLD standard.

I saw Bandaids floating in the water song with large clumps of hair . My floor in my room turned our feet black . . Just was okay . I’d stay here again & hope it was just a one time thing . I also fill like the pool was full of random people off the beach . They need a better system of keeping people out .

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great family/pet friendly property, excellent friendly staff. Our original booked gold level property was unavailable 3 days before our scheduled visit, so Beacher's gave us a Balcony "Plus" gold unit at no extra cost. Unfortunately Unit 225 is NOT a gold level property. Furniture worn and not of good quality. I would highly recommend Beachers in general but would not recommend unit 225 as a gold.
