This fantastic 2nd-floor oceanfront condo at Colony Reef Club offers breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and beach. Enjoy the soothing sound of Atlantic waves crashing on the shore. Located in the gated Colony Reef Club complex, it features two pools (indoor heated and oceanfront), tennis (pickleball & racquetball) courts, a playground, and a workout room. Seaside Sunrise is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing, sand-filled vacation!

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with an attached bathroom, while the second guest room offers a queen and full bed along with a cozy sleeping nook with two twin beds. For families with little ones, there's a pack ‘n play and highchair available. Fresh linens and towels, both bath and beach, are provided, along with a beach cart and chairs. The kitchen is upgraded with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, stocked with all the utensils and bakeware you’ll need to prepare a feast. The spacious balcony is perfect for grilling shrimp on the provided electric grill and enjoying al fresco dining with the outdoor furniture and table.

Accessing the beach is easy via the newly renovated boardwalk. Seaside Sunrise comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Book now to start making unforgettable beach memories!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.
