"Apartment was lovely, first night was not good as the toilet was banging all night so didn’t sleep much which was hard for me as I came away for a quiet weekend as just gone through cancer treatment, everything in the apartment was very clean, "

"It was just lovely here. The room was great, clean and had quite a few little touches that I found very thoughtful. The code to get in will not work until check in time though… it’s automated, we were about 10mins early and it didn’t open the door. A cleaner let us put our things inside. I would recommend and choose to stay here again."

"Great location. Nice upgrade to executive room.but it's beaten up.tired. lots of cracks,needs a refresher. Mold in shower tiles. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Just tired rooms."

"The breakfast was excellent and the activities for up to 12,s was excellent. The bar an coffee bar was excellent. The only thing that let it down the cleaning it was not quiet up to my standards,a bit dusty in the corridors an the games room. But over all we had a brilliant few days."

"Great location for the family, right on the front and close to all amenities. Hotel facilities are plentiful, but need updating. The room we had was at the back of the hotel, and due to the warm weather, our windows needed to be open, which was unfortunate as the kitchen fan was directly outside and ran constantly from around 6 am until quite late. We had a leak from the room above into our bathroom while we stayed, but this was dealt with quickly for us and the room was very comfortable...

"The cottage by mode were very clean and spacious. However it was cold and uncomfortable in the mornings and evenings. No other form of heating in the lounge i.e a fire Beds uncomfortable because two singles pushed together which easily moved. Fix the heating and the beds and I would give it 5 stars "

"I stayed at the hotel between the 11-13 of July. Very hot weekend. Price of the hotel included PARKING and air conditioning. When I arrived I found out there is only a fan with water in the room. I was told exactly where to park by the receptionist which never bothered to let me know I need to register the parking as if I should miraculously know.
