  • This wonderful 4 bedroom, 2600 sq foot home has a beautiful forest for a backyard! Enjoy the forest while barbequing, sitting on the spacious deck or relaxing in the hot tub!

    The house puts you in the perfect location to hike, mountain bike, fish, or go river rafting in the McKenzie River Recreation area. Only 15 minutes from the University of Oregon.

Visited Eugene to participate in the national junior olympics.

David was a very gracious host, the home was lovely and provided everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely book again if we back in Eugene.

Majestic backyard, hot tub and overall location. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. We had a wonderful experience here. Beds were very comfy as well.

Great Spot for a weekend visit to Eugene and the surrounding area

This property is awesome. 20 minutes to campus, 30 minutes to the airport. Beautiful surroundings, great amenities. David was super responsive - very timely and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Wonderful Home!!

The house and yard was beyond what we expected. Pictures just don't do it justice. We had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed the home and location. We will definitely be coming back. David was great to work with as well and went above and beyond.

Fabulous property!

This property is amazing! The home is clean and well stocked with little details that make the stay comfortable. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and peaceful. The communication was clear, quick and helpful. It was an easy drive to Univ of Oregon. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! There was a lot of love put into this home, and you can feel it immediately.

Olympic Trails… perfect name

Perfect play on a name. :-) We were there for the Olympic Trials but stay in a beautiful home with its own beautiful trails. The attention to detail was very much appreciated. The updated renovations including the bathrooms were fabulous! Outdoor space is perfect! Definitely returning next year!

Our very own Oasis

We were in town for our daughters graduation from the University of Oregon. This house, especially the backyard, was the perfect place to relax and celebrate our graduate with family and friends. I fell in love with the waterfall! Having 2 master suites was very nice as well. I bit further out from campus (20 min) but worth it. GO DUCKS!

Peace in Springfield

8 of us (3 generations) came in for UO graduation and this home was perfection! My mom can’t do stairs and got along just fine here. Dave was the best! He patiently answered all of my questions and was quick to help when minor hiccups arose. We used every space in and out of the house and all worked perfectly. We loved sunsets in the hot tub and greeting the abundant number of animals that visited. The kitchen had every single thing we needed including knives sharper than my own. The house is big enough and has enough gathering spaces to make it enjoyable to bring generations together and then escape to your own space when need be. The neighborhood is peaceful and it was nice to get away from the chaos of campus but be close enough to get there quickly.

Great Family House!

We enjoyed our 11 night stay at this house. We were attending the Olympic Track & Field Trials at Hayward Stadium. The house was an easy drive to the University campus. It is at the end of a cul de sac which backs up to to a wilderness area so it very peaceful location. The property has beautiful tiered landscaping and walking trails and hot tub. The owner was very responsive to questions throughout our visit. The house has one master suite (king bed + bathroom) on the ground floor and a powder room, a master suite (king bed + bathroom) and two queen bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. Kitchen is well stocked. Great house for family or friends!

Our rental home was gorgeous. It accommodated our family of 9 very well. It was located minutes from the beach and the pool was an added bonus! Very clean and well-equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day! The location was fantastic and easy to navigate. Coastal Properties was so easy to work with. Shopping and dining close by and easy to get to. We were so blessed to have such a great place to stay. It did not disappoint! Our vacation was perfect and enjoyed by all.

Simply amazing!

David's house is meticulously cared for with the best layout for a group. We had two families so two masters was the icing on the cake. The space was adequate and the kitchen details were just exquisite!! The real draw to the property; however, is the outdoor entertainment area! It exemplifies what we travel to Oregon for! The abundance of trees, the landscaping, the BBQ and hot tub all provided a wonderful area for us to relax after running around and hiking all day. The location is close enough to UO to make it convenient without being too far out. We loved the house and David is a marvelous host - will definitely save the property for next time!

Beautiful Home!

This property was even more beautiful in in person than in the pictures. We were blown away when we pulled up to the house...incredible view on the most beautifully landscaped piece of land with a forest right behind it. The house had been renovated and the renovations are top of the line and full of special details. One of my favorite parts were the skylights in all the back rooms with view of the pine trees out back. The bedding was soft and perfect (one of my top requirements of a proper vacation) and all of the amenities were perfect for a property of this caliber. We spent every evening in the hot tub enjoying the quiet scenery. The home owner was incredibly kind and thoughtful with his communication and help regarding local area attractions and was prompt in answering any questions we had. The entire family (including teens) agreed we will rent this home again next summer when we return.
