"This is a hidden gem! The property is beautifully maintained in a wonderful walkable neighborhood near restaurants, markets, and parks. The home was immaculate when we arrived. There was a bit of a challenge with the keypad but Lisa responded within minutes of our message and all was resolved. The front porch is delightful to enjoy morning coffee and evening reflection time. We spend a lot of time in Eugene and can’t wait to stay at this enchanting and relaxing cottage again!"

"We thought it was a great stay. Very functional kitchen and living room area and we loved the layout of the home. Looks like one of the showers is in progress which would make it even better. A few spots on the deck were pretty creaky and wobbly but that didn’t keep us from enjoying the beautiful views at all. Just thought I’d mentioned it if it’s only to you. Definitely worth 5 stars still and the communication was great. Thanks!"

"The location of this sweet property is perfect. It is close to everything but on a quiet street. In spring and summer it doesn't matter which way you walk, the entire neighborhood is like a flower show. There were some problems that were not the owner's fault but definitely their problem and when I let them know they were really nice about it. Best of all, the check out was super easy with no long list of chores before you leave. Clean and cozy."
