Upon request the host provided a highchair and 2 baby gates. Unfortunately more gates were needed and should have been installed. The cupboard was not anchored to the wall where laundry supplies were. The elderly on this trip had cupboard fall on her. Last, the storms were very bad and roof leaked on upstairs beds which...

"The property is beautiful. Lots of rural charm while being close to Bardstown. Our favorite spot was the firepit at dusk. It looks over a field that is lit up with fireflies. The house has tons of antiques and plenty of beds for our group of 10. There is a book with the history of the property which was a nice touch. The skittle game was also popular. Over all it was a great place to come back to after tour distilleries all day. Highly recommended."

"This is the place for you if you are looking to disconnect. No TV or WiFi so game nights and just talking are were on the agenda. The owner was thoughtful with extra touches like shampoo/conditioner/body wash and a soft throw in the living room. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck!!"
