Great Place in a quiet neighborhood

Peaceful and quiet with plenty nearby to do. Place was clean top to bottom. Great communication with hosts. Definitely recommend to others to stay.

Quiet and convenient to everything!

Enjoyed this property for a long weekend of shopping with kids. Close to Pinnacle Hills and other shopping districts and restaurants. Appreciated the garage and the large bedrooms-all very spacious. Had everything we needed with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Would stay here again!

Another perfect stay

Great Location and very nice property

We were in town to see a concert at the Walmart Amp and had a very nice stay. The property is located very close to the venue and is beautiful. It is very clean and spacious. It is located in a very nice area surrounded by new homes. I would stay there again.

Great location and wonderful amenities

This is our second stay at the condo - it is spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen has all of the equipment and dishes to cook a meal, the towels and bedding are high quality and comfortable. The location near the mall and restaurants is ideal for visiting Rogers, Bentonville, and Fayetteville.

Clean and cozy 2 br

Nice and new! Neighborhood is nice and safe. We stayed here overnight for a concert at the AMP with another couple. Easy to get to and fro from the venue. Nice wide open space for all of us to hang out before and after the show. Would stay here again.

The host was very friendly and communicated well! The home itself looks nice in the photos and upon first look, but once you’re actually in the home there are obvious signs of water damage, the windows are old, sealed, and dusty, and the repairs made around the home are landlord special- lots of bubbling in the walls. We still had a good stay, the home feels safe and is nicely decorated! As someone with chronic illnesses, who is very sensitive to mold, I would personally not stay here again nor would I recommend it to other highly sensitive individuals. The shower in the secondary bedroom appears to have an active leak judging by the water on the floor and the trim that’s been going on for a while. Also, this home is only two bedrooms, not three. I misread the 3BED as 3 bedrooms, when it meant 3 beds. That was my bad though for not reading closely enough! Again, overall a nice and pretty house, a great host, perfect location, and we made the most out of our trip- just be careful with the water damage!

Nicely appointed and stylish

My husband and stayed for a weekend and were pleasantly surprised to find the home exactly as pictured and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms had supply of everything you need. The view and patio were a nice thing to enjoy the fall weather and the comfortable couches for watching the big screen. The kitchen we used only for making coffee but the host had water bottles in the fridge and basics for anything you need. Nice gas cooktop. Will be staying again in November!

Thank you for sharing your home. The condo was very clean and beds very comfortable. We appreciated the bottled water and coffee furnished. A suggestion would be grab bars and gripper strips on bottom of tubs. Tubs tend to be very slippery and nothing to grab hold of.

Thanksgiving family visit

The expectations of the visit were definitely met ! The townhome was exactly as described in the photos. Everything needed for a family Thanksgiving visit. It was definitely a “home away” experience. Staying here made my first visit to Rogers/Bentonville a wonderful first. The only thing I was uncomfortable with was there was no lighting for entrance to the driveway at night. Difficult to see the entrance if your first arrival is after dark. Thanks Antonio for being available for questions! I hope to visit again…
