"What a great place to stay with all the amenities of home and being able to enjoy the beautiful river view from the back porch and yard, paradise for sure. Karen and Alex are excellent hosts and are always available to assist with any questions or issues. Also, it's really cool to see dolphins and manatees swimming in the river. We rented a go boat and that made it a nice way to see the river at a leisurely pace. Can't wait for our next adventure at this river home."

"Amazing. Exactly as listed. A perfect place for 2. Everything was clean and the AC kept the room very cool. Check in went exactly as stated and there were no issues at any point. There were camping chairs, beach umbrella and sand anchor, beach blanket, and more that really enhanced our beach day. Little things like K cups provided for the coffee machine, filtered water pitcher in the fridge, and some snacks upon arrival were a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. It's a GREAT...

"This was our fourth stay here and always a great time. This time we seen otters, dolphins and manatees all from the dock. The recent upgrades made this stay even better than before. We plan to stay again next year! "
