"We loved our stay! The house was perfect for the 6 of us! We spent 4 full days just hanging out at the house swimming and kayaking up and down the river. We also loved the screened in patio. We brought an outdoor fan with us and it helped us stay cool in the July heat if we weren’t in the water. Karen was very helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. "Definitely a great place to stay, I would say the area has some hidden gems. The river is great, but with a big family we went to Roger’s Park which I highly recommend along with Aripeka Sand hills which was a bonus adventure. Everyone morning we sat out back and watched so many species of fish just pile through the canal. Kids won’t forget this one."

You are the upstairs to another larger rental downstairs but all the outdoor areas are separate and it's surprisingly private. You are directly on the river at a great location. We saw manatees every day! The couple of minor issues we had were resolved almost immediately...communication was excellent with the property managers. We'll be back!"

"Great location and proximity to Weeki Wachee, Buccaneer Bay and restaurants! So many activities for kids - swimming, fishing, kayaking, games etc. The design and upgrades in the house were well done. Loved being able to wake up and drop in to paddle out without have to get up early and drive. "
