"This little apartment is on the ground floor and was easy for my grandparents to access. It is not super fancy, but it does have your basic amenities for a comfortable stay, including a large soaker bath! My son enjoyed the bath the most. It is actually right next store to a huge Wal-Mart if you forgot, or need anything. My only suggestion would have been a coffee pot for the grandparents. "I came to Houston for my godson’s surgery and stayed here from April 2 through April 7. It was my first time in Houston and on an airplane. I was also traveling alone, and I was nervous about flying and staying by myself but I had nothing to worry about when it came to this comfortable private cottage,which was clean and relaxing. The only thing I will tell the next renter is to pay attention to your welcome package."

"You can tell that they are really trying to put work into this property. They have brand new appliances, brand new TVs, and it was fairly clean. It is not in the best neighborhood, however, it is really close and convenient to the highway, shopping, and fast food. Give it was a hotel rating, it would probably be a 3 star hotel. "We originally booked the property in the picture but the host contacted us to say it wasn’t available & sent us another booking we just agreed instead of rebooking BIG MISTAKE.. the parking in on the street we thought it was in the gate, the place was nice but most of the lights didn’t work inside. The water would run brown every time we went to shower we had to let it run awhile then the water never got really hot just warm. The tv in the bedroom did not work at all we hot batteries for it...

The outside space was rather neglected and not as appealing as shown in the photographs, which must have been taken some years ago.
