"Clean, great communication from hosts, easy check in process, parking garage easy to access from apartment, safe, looks just like the photos, great gym, nice pool, provided good coffee. Only downsides are having to remember to renew parking pass every 24 hours, and slightly worn down cooking ware (still does the job). Overall great place to stay! "

"I was visiting Austin to help with some family stuff. The location was great for us and very comfortable. Two king beds meant my sister and I didnt fight over who got the big bed. Beautiful wooded area out back complete with deer one evening. Very close to a HEB for groceries and all the stuff in the kitchen for coffee and cooking. Anything that came up was quickly addressed by the owner. "

"The condo was impeccably clean and well-maintained.Hubby and Grandson appreciated the quiet and homey atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was everything you needed to make a weekend visit to the races at the Circuit of the Americas track. Shower was wonderful and accomidating to the over 6’ Water pressure was great. Communication with Holly, the host, was amazing and very friendly. She made sure the men had everything they needed. Easy to get to on the south side of Austin...

"Visiting family in the neighborhood so this was convenient. Not really walkable to Barton Springs, but was very close to our relatives. Was emailed several times about checking out early when I had indicated we would check out on time at 11. The cleaning crew showed up at 10:30 which was not their fault but felt pushy. There is wear and tear on the place but it was clean, quiet, and convenient for our needs. "
