"Our first time staying in Findlay Lake was so relaxing.We enjoyed the dock the most!"

"We love the property. Our only complaint would be the outside furniture and table and chairs were dirty. I stayed there 3 years ago and it looked the same them. Like nobody everybody wiped any of it down. Other than that awesome time. "

"Beautiful and right on the lake! The sunsets were amazing and it was very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed every minute of it! Walking distance for most people to Happi Jax and the Frog Pond. We also enjoyed putt putt golf at two different spots! We rented kayaks and a pontoon boat as well. It was wonderful! "

"This property is so incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We loved mornings and evenings on the deck watching horses and cows on the hillside while listening to birds. Short drive into Erie, where we absolutely loved Presque Isle state park. Also loved Riverside Brewing which is 10 minutes away. The owners were very welcoming with a sweet note and vase of fresh-cut lilacs from their bush. Would definitely come back"

"Great cozy little cabins for a group getaway. We were able to secure all 5 cabins for our group. The communal picnic area, dock, and firepit was great for our gathering. Owners clearly outlined what to expect coming to the lake, including a reminder to bring warm clothes for night time. Would definitely stay again. "

"I’ve been going to Canadohta every summer for most of my life. This is by far one of the cleanest/nicest places I’ve stayed in. The host, Robyn, is also very responsive and helpful. Overall we had a great experience! "

"This is an adorable cottage that is very clean. It is very simple and sitting on the screens porch looking at the lake is the best. Communication was quick and efficient. "

"We got there in the middle of snowing. The house was frigid. The driveway and walk were not shoveled. It would have been hard to do that since you didn't know when we were coming, but you could have had the heat turned up. Also having directions on how to turn the heat up would have helped. "

"We spent the weekend with friends (who already have a place on the lake). So this was conveniently located and just what we needed for a weekend stay. Although considered “rustic” per the listing, it had everything we needed. The whole house fan kept things nice and cool at night. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, and plenty of amenities. It was also super clean and host was very communicative and considerate. "

"This is a wonderful property! Easy to get to the boat launch to kayak all day and it was great to be able to get out right at the house. The house was everything we wanted and more. It has a great porch to sit on and relax and plenty of space for our whole family. "
