"Second time staying and everything was perfect"

"House was decent but there were several items than needed repaired. Coffee table in living room. Microwave handle. Several lights not working. Couch in den was stained all over. Master shower curtain was about 1 ft off the ground leaving an open area and water got in the floor. Outside back porch and garage area had leaves and debris that kept getting tracked in. We had to sweep several times a day. Mailbox was broken so we had a hard time finding the house when we arrived."

"The view is majestic — the house is retro with some upgrades. Folks with mobility issues will find the house and property very difficult to navigate. The house and amenities could use some maintenance. The property manager was very responsive."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was extremely clean. We saw bunnies from the deck. Our only concern was the quality of bed linens which was not good. The sheets were rough and scratchy and there was no top sheet. We only had the comforter to cover up with and it was too hot. We did try to reach the owner to request different linens but they did not return our calls or emails. If the linens had not been a issue we would give this house a 5 star rating in all areas."

It was cozy, quaint, and super comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after our busy days. The location is fantastic, with close proximity to a variety of restaurants and some of the best breakfast and brunch spots we've ever tried. Lois is an extremely responsive and gracious host, making sure our stay was perfect from start to finish....
