Casas de Campo em Sparta, NC

"Really nice people who responded quickly to request. Very clean. Small refrigerator had no ice trays."

"Cabin was great, host was very good with communication. All in all great experience except for the heat which it’s just nature being nature."

"Excellent property! Clean, modern, and the property is new. Will stay for here again!EXCELLENT!!!!"

"The property was exactly what we were looking for… quiet, comfortable and relaxing.Independence is a short drive away for any necessities, but we came with almost everything for a couple of fine meals. The cookware could use a little refresh, i.e., a few more pots and pans, but it all worked out fine.We weren’t able to do any stargazing because of the cloud cover, but we plan to come back in the fall/winter when the conditions are likely to be more favorable. All in all a great escape from CLT.We...

"Perfect cabin in perfect location! Great host. Highly recommend"

"Cozy place with great location for hiking at Grayson Highlands. The only issue we had was that the refrigerator was very noisy."

"Things could use a good dusting."

"We loved the tranquility of the setting and the house itself. We didn't see anyone in our area until we went to our wine tasting up the road. There were opportunities to explore the river and outside area, as well as relax on the porch and inside. We loved the sauna. Our kids loved it too."

"Everything about our stay here was wonderful. The hosts were excellent communicators and their home is absolutely beautiful. You feel so at home in their space and it was so comfortable. Everything we wanted to go to was within a 10 - 20 minute drive and super convenient to get to. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone who comes to this area and hope to come back ourselves again in the future."

"We had a great time at this cottage. The purpose of our stay was to go to North Wilkesboro racetrack. It was 27 minutes no matter what way we went. It's close to some small country stores that had everything we needed for our weekend stay. This property has a lot of country feel to it. If you are looking for a place to stay that is a little off the beating path and have a great view of rolling hills this is a great spot. If you have a Dog this property has plenty of room for them to run around."

"The inside of the cabin is beautiful! Some of the pictures makes you believe you have access to the lake. You do not! It is owned by a camp ground and they have no choice words to make sure you know it and stay away. Keys are in a lock box but my communication said they would be under a mat. Never was communicated the code to the lock box until the owners mother happen to drive by. She seemed more surprised than I did that I hadn't been told. They claim the wifi operates without a password but...

"We had a lovely stay at The Dollhouse in Elkin. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and wonderful shower pressure. House manual very informative. Host excelled in southern hospitality adding thoughtful touches that made our stay feel so welcomed. It is very close to Main Street with wonderful shops and local eateries. Great music scene and cocktail bars to visit. We will certainly add this to our list of “keepers”."

"Stay was peaceful. Front door could use blinds or curtains it was a little creepy at night. Hot tub had leaves and such it could have been cleaner. And firepit outside was not functional, out of propane or something and we didnt feel like dealing with it to ask about fixing it we just didnt spend as much time outdoors as we would have had it worked. Bed frame also moved a lot on the hardwoods very creaky. Needs a rug under it or more heavy frame. Overall good experience. "
