Hidden Springs Ranch Lodge is spacious enough to handle groups up to 90 people, the Lodge provides unmatched accommodations for family reunions, large company retreats, corporate retreats, wedding receptions, or getaways with friends. Surrounded by a beautiful 700 acre cattle ranch with enough activities and space for large groups, Hidden Springs Ranch is truly one-of-a-kind. Being able to accommodate your entire group of up to 90 people all under one roof is not usually an option at other guest ranches.
You group will never run out of things to do on the Hidden Springs Ranch. The pool, hot tub, volleyball, horseshoes, and large grass area are great for families to enjoy right in the backyard. On the property there is also a fishing and canoeing pond, indoor basketball, pickleball, and volleyball court, skeet shooting deck, rock climbing wall, and mountain biking trails. There is endless fun for everyone in your group at Hidden Springs Ranch!
Fifty percent (50%) of the total lodging price is due upon confirmation of the reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of reservation date will not be confirmed without payment in full at time of reservation. Cancellations made within 180 days of the reserved date will forfeit 100% of the deposit made. All cancellations made before 180 days of the reservation will receive a refund of the deposit minus an 8% processing fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Once you have made a reservation with a deposit you will receive a rental agreement. Please sign the rental agreement to complete your reservation. Seven days before your arrival you will receive an email with check in instructions by email.
