"The property is as advertised. It isn’t a 5 star resort but you won’t be paying 5 star prices either. Tom is an excellent host and is very responsive to communications. We were very satisfied with our stay. There are numerous restaurants and stores within a 10 minute drive and it is very quiet. Beds were very comfortable and we could stream our favorite shows by signing in to our accounts with all the apps that are downloaded already. The kids had a blast and when the baby got cranky, mom slept...

"Adorable duplex with all of the necessary amenities. Felt like home away from home. Clean, spacious and great location a block or two from beautiful beach. Jeff and Ryan were great even allowing for an additional night at end of stay, early checkin and pick up if package delivered after completing stay. Both had excellent communication and prompt responses. Would definitely stay again if available. Even enquired about possible long term rental but unfortunately owners plan on putting it on...
