You then get money taken from your account and then when you finally get to site you have to attempt to contact the owner non stop to get the lock box code otherwise you are locked out! 3 guest were waiting in their cars with no response from the owner. "We had a magnificent week long stay in this apartment with our 3 children. The view was amazing! The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 5. We have stayed in dozens of different apartments in Surfers Paradise over the years and this is up there with the best. The apartment was clean, comfortable couches, aircon in each room, well equipped kitchen, great outdoor pools and just across the road from stunning, patrolled beach.
