"All I wanted was a clean place to crash after dinner and before catching the 6 am Murry bus the next day. The novotel delivered. There is no more convenient hotel for that. I was there for maybe l2 hours so I did not use any facilities."

Expansive views of the unspoiled countryside with the ocean sparkling in the distance. The roomy soaking tub and wood-burning stove were soul-filling after being out for walks in the cool June weather. Mark and his dogs led us to see a koala nestled in one of their majestic trees. Gorgeous grounds and friendliest hosts we've encountered on our travels. We will be back."

"This was by far the worst stay I have had in my life. Upon arrival we found our room was not cleaned properly for a while, surfaces were either dusty or dirty with stains. The toilet was clearly not cleaned as we could tell from the leftovers in it. The whole room smelt moldy. Hair were on the bed and in the drawers. Corners were full of dead flies and dust. When entering the room we wanted to leave instantly. As we arrived quite late at night and the location is a bit remote we did not have...
