"Very good option for a budget motel. Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water. Like all at this very low price point, there's some wear and tear, but they try very hard and do many small things better than expensive hotels. Breakfast is minimal, but adequate and better than some other extremely low-cost places. Wi-fi not so good, but you can't expect everything at this price."

The room was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. If you're looking for a simple, affordable, and well-maintained place to stay, I highly recommend Beaver Falls Motel. It's a fantastic value."
