"I stayed 2 nights in a clean, comfortable room. It was a good value for the money. I noticed the recently upgraded bathroom - 'love the large mirror! My only criticism is that the closet door needs repair. (It doesn't close tight and with the full size mirror on the front of it, reflects the outside lights at night when in bed.)"

"We traveled for 12 hours and arrived at 10:30pm. We were greeted with "the suite you booked is no longer available". Anna at the front desk blamed "maintenance issues". We were given two separate rooms with one king bed each - we are a family of 5 including three teens. I don't know how this was expected to work, and I absolutely did not appreciate Anna arguing with me in the lobby on what the sleeping arrangements should be. Apparently a sleeper sofa will fit two people (according to Anna) -...
