"Everything was great! Unfortunately, the Commoner restaurant that we had planned on having breakfast at was shut down due to a drainage problem. They more than made it right for the unfortunate circumstances. They offered suggestions, but since we are familiar with the area, we decided to head out to the strip and eat at one of our favorites, which is Pamela‘s. Staff is always courteous and willing to please. We will stay there in the future again."

"I had the river view which was great! Very clean room with comfortable beds. I did try calling the front desk several times on the way in and from my room without getting an answer. My guess is there was an unknown issue with the phones at the time, because I mentioned it to one staff member who was surprised to hear it. "

"Excellent stay at the Omni William Penn, as always! Iconic Pittsburgh hotel, centrally located in downtown. Festively decorated for Christmas, which adds an extra touch of class."

"I was pleasantly surprised how clean the entire hotel was. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was on point. My only suggestion would be for some bacon to go along with the eggs. "

"Rooms were Very clean - staff was always helpful with any questions or needs! With 2 in the room another seating option like an arm chair would’ve been nice - only had the beds & a desk chair for sitting options. Would stay there again if traveling in the area again. Need to update Outlet options or provide plug-ins for phone chargers. "
