"The hotel is good. We had no high expectations. So it was fine. On the very first day no one cleaned our room. The second day, the cleaning process was really low. We arrived late and the bathroom was not cleaned and they left our dirty paper glasses on exact same place. The staff was good, specially Tereza from Jamaica, from front desk. She was really a gentle one. Congrats!"

"We really like this hotel. Have been staying there every time we are visiting our relatives in Somerset. The hotel has been remodeled recently, clean, room is nice. Dog-friendly. Nice staff."
